Copyright Claims

At our platform, we recognize and respect the importance of Intellectual Property Rights and are committed to addressing all Copyright Claims in a fair, transparent, and legally compliant manner. We expect every user to respect the rights of Copyright Owners, creators, publishers, and other Rights Holders whose works may be protected under applicable copyright regulations. Any form of Unauthorized Use, reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or transmission of Copyrighted Material without the appropriate authorization may constitute Copyright Infringement and could result in immediate action.

If you believe that any Protected Content available through our services infringes upon your ownership rights, you may submit a valid DMCA Notice or Takedown Request containing sufficient information to verify ownership and identify the allegedly Infringing Material. Upon receiving a properly documented complaint, our team will conduct an Ownership Verification review and evaluate the claim in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards.

We reserve the right to remove, restrict, disable, or otherwise limit access to any Digital Content that becomes the subject of a legitimate copyright dispute. While we strive to respond promptly to all reports, the submission of a claim does not automatically guarantee Content Removal, as each request is reviewed individually to determine its validity and compliance with legal requirements.

Individuals submitting complaints should possess a Good Faith Belief that the reported use is unauthorized and that the information provided is accurate and complete. False, misleading, or fraudulent claims may result in liability under applicable laws. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any content they upload, access, share, convert, or distribute does not violate the Legal Rights of third parties.

Our platform may reference, process, or interact with Third-Party Content that is publicly available on external sources; however, such interaction does not imply ownership, endorsement, sponsorship, or control over the underlying material. All trademarks, service marks, logos, copyrighted works, and other proprietary assets remain the property of their respective owners.

We encourage copyright holders who identify potential infringements to contact us with detailed information so that we can investigate the matter efficiently. Through our commitment to Legal Compliance, responsible content management, and respect for creators' rights, we aim to maintain a safe environment that balances user access with the protection of intellectual property interests. Furthermore, repeated violations of copyright policies may lead to account restrictions, suspension of services, or other appropriate measures deemed necessary to protect the interests of Copyright Owners and uphold applicable copyright regulations.
